Bed linen and bath towels are included. Visitors parking permits can be provided on request. Permits for 1 car are included in the price, permits for additional cars can be supplied at cost.
Short-term lets considered outside of high season. Discounted rates available for stays of 4 weeks or more. Please contact us to discuss.
Part week bookings may be available outside July and August.
Changeover day is normally a Saturday, but it may be possible to accommodate other days, so please ask.
Terms of Booking
- A deposit of 25% of the rental amount is required to secure the booking
- A refundable damage and security deposit of £100 is payable which will be refunded following inspection, within 14 days of your departure
- Balance to be paid not less than 8 weeks prior to arrival date
- Cancellations within 8 weeks of arrival date will incur the full cost of the rental, with more than 8 weeks notice a 50% cancellation fee will be charged unless we can successfully re-let the property
- The apartment is not to be used to accommodate more than 6 people (excluding infants)
- Pets are not allowed
- The apartment is non-smoking
- Bed linen and bath towels are provided. The towels are not to be taken outside the apartment.
- Waterproof mattress protectors are provided, which can be used under the quilted mattress protectors, e.g. for young children. A charge of £50 will be levied for cleaning where the mattress protectors are not used and mattresses are soiled.
- Arrival time is 3.30pm, please leave the apartment on day of departure by 10.30am.
- Please notify us of any breakages, damage or defects during or at the end of your stay. If you are unsatisfied with anything during your stay, please contact us immediately so we can rectify it.
